Open template and delete copyright layers
I decided not to use the word art or firework, so I deleted it
As always, I start at bottom and work my way up
Remember to DS as you go

Diamond frame2 - flood fill with color of choice
Small circle frame - glitter 2
Lg circle frame - glitter3
White dbl ircle frame - flood fill same color
Bottom frame bg - p7
Bottom diamond frame2 - flood fill same color
Sm, M. lg rec back - flood fill same color
Crop/image/canvas size 800x800
Rose- resize 50% and position where firecracker was
Place close up
Happy NY  - zoom in and grab your selection tool at freehand and draw around the word art...delete/select none
Rose - resize again by 30
Centerpiece
Blowpipe - resize 60%
P7 - apply mask/merge group
Resize as needed/add proper copyright
