Delete copyright layer and floral brush layer

start at bottom and work way up...remembering to ds as you go

All your backgrounds  (including pattern), fill with a color from your tube

Rect2 bg - duplicate...on original layer DSB flux - bubbles with these settings:

Rect2 - p8

Square -  p5

Rect1bg - duplicate and on original repeat dsb flux bubbles

Rect1 - p2

Circle - p12

Effect - EC4000 - hsb noise/default

Both frame fills - flood fill with color of choice

Effects - penta.com/VTR2- default on both fills

Click top layer and position elements the way you want or follow mine

E68 - place where floral brush was

E77 - erase stem

E15 - resize 45%

E5 - resize 35%

E61 - erase stem - drag down 1 layer

E29 - resize 30%

E53 - resize 30%

Position tubes for frames - erase any outside....I used Xero-radiance and properties of multiply

Paste main tube

Close white background and merge visible/crop and add proper copyright

Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - gradient glow

New image 650x250
Floodfill color from tube
Paste tube
Effects - Mura meister/copies/encircle -change top 3 to 12,65,65
Adjust/blur/motion blur - angle 250 and strength 100-repeat
Effects-edge effects/enhance more
Apply mask/merge group/adjust-sharpen/sharpen more
Paste tube
E54 - position to right
E48 - move below and to left behind tube
E53 - resize 40%
E31 - resize 45%
E65 - move to the right
Merge all visible and crop
New raster layer and flood fill with original color
Select all/float/modify/contract by 5/hit delete on your keyboard/select none
Effects - 3d effects/buttonize at default
Effects - ec4000/gradient glow/thin/color black
Add proper copyright
Avatar - 150x150
Copy your image and paste into avi...position how you like
Resize your tube and place in avi….merge visible/crop
Do the same border for the avi except use 3 and not 5
Add proper copyright
