Open template - delete copyright layer
as always, I start at bottom and work up....DS your choice as you go
Image/canvas size/700x700
P26 - apply mask of choice/merge group and place to bottom
Circle - p15
Place the splat
Rectangles - p8
All gray frames - flood fill black or color of choice
Word art - same
Apply gradient glow on word art
All gray squares - p2
Glitter trail2 - place under word art and do same for top
Word art - place bottom of template same gradient glow
clip - resize 30%
Place clip on left frame - image/free rotate/left by 15...duplicate///drag to far right frame
Paste clip again - image/free rotate/right by 15 and place center frame
Bow1 - resize 15% place over each clip using free rotate
Use 3 tubes and place as you would like
Beaded string1 - resize 80%
Button - resize 40% - duplicate/image/mirror and place
Kitty - resize 55%
Merge all visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

Dark pink circles - p13 (both)
White circle - p1 (both)
Rename white circles on forum temp as ani
White border - adjust/add remove noise/your choice
Pink border - flood fill purple
E9 - place your choice on both - resizing by 40% for the avi
E73 - resize 60% - place on forum temp, resize 40% add to avi
add tube of choice - place copyright
Crop both
add name

Animation - open animation shop
Click on your ani layer
Effects - VM Natural/acid rain- change top slider to 7/ok
Right click on image and copy merged
Paste as new animation in AS
Back in psp, undo
Effects/acid rain/move random to 140
Right click image/copy merged
In AS, right click image/paste after current frame
Back in psp, undo
Effects/acid rain/move random slider to 128
In AS, right click image/paste after current frame
Staying in AS....go to view/animation
Click on animation button/frame properties....change that number higher for a slower speed or lower of a faster speed
