Open template and delete copyright layer, white background, and layer 3.....I always start at bottom and work up.

Place close up of tube
e27 & 55
e56 - resize 60%
e40 - resize 40%
e33 - resize 60%
e57-  resize 45%
e23 - paste and drag below tube layer and place rh corner-ish
e24 - paste behind the sign
e26 - resize 35% image/mirror
Merge all visible/resize/crop/add proper copyright

Use DS of choice as you go
Open paper16 and apply mask/merge group
Duplicate mask...merge down
E12 - place at top of mask
Duplicate/image/flip...position at bottom of mask
E34 - resize by 60% - place rh side of mask
E15 - resize by 60% and place middle of E34
E14 - resize by 80% and place bottom of E34
E45 - place bottom of mask a little below E12
Place tube to left side of mask
E47 - resize by 75% and place at bottom of tag

Ds as you go and I start at bottom and work my way up
*all white frames I added noise
Paste p7 - apply mask and merge group
Rectangle1 - p1
Rectangle2 - p6
Rectangle3 - p2
Paste your tube on rectangle3
Duplicate - on this layer adjust/blur/gaussian blur at 5 and layer property to burn
Original tube - xero/radiance at default
Merge these 2 together and this layer property to hard light and then to luminanceL
Scatter3
Rectangle4 - flood fill with color from tube
Paste close up tube on rectangle4
Effects -Xero/radiance
layer property to luminance L
Effect - penta.com/dot and cross at default
Scatter2 - place at bottom
Frame4 - resize 80% and drag below frame2
E5 - resize 45% - image/mirror and place

E3 - resize 35% duplicate/image mirror and place
E7 - resize 75% - paste bottom/image/free rotate/left
Paste main tube
E26 - resize 70% - image/free rotate/right/15
E1 - resize 30%
